What Guests Loved
Based on 5 reviews
Pros +
- The staff's service is the best in Hanoi. Breakfast is good. It's about 20 minutes by taxi from Midinh, but there are many restaurants nearby and Hoan Kiem is close, so it's good enough to stay. Once again, the staff was so kind that it was a pleasant trip.
- Large room with large balcony, strong wifi, clean
- Good
Cons -
- No elavator directly to the room at 6th floor, it took long staircase (not very good design) from 4th floor to the room. Staff is almost unvailable to help in the evening. Poor breakfast
